BOOKS BY
MATT HAYCOX
The knowledge that cost me millions to acquire — for the price of a book. No theory. No fluff. Just battle-tested playbooks from 25+ years in the trenches.
THE BOOKS THEY
TRIED TO SILENCE
Three books that expose the financial establishment for what it really is. Banks, insolvency practitioners, and HMRC have all tried to suppress these. They failed.
DECLINED
The Banks Said No. Here's Where to Find the Money Instead.
I've deployed over £1 billion in business funding. This book reveals every alternative route to capital that exists outside the traditional banking system.
Business owners who've been turned down by banks and need to find capital fast
FROZEN
How the Banks Declared War on British Business — And How to Fight Back
Frozen accounts. Seized assets. Businesses destroyed overnight. This book exposes the systematic war banks wage against SMEs — and gives you the weapons to fight back.
Any business owner who relies on banking relationships and wants to protect themselves
RIGGED
How the Insolvency Industry Profits From Your Failure — And How to Stop Them
The insolvency industry is supposed to help struggling businesses. Instead, it feeds on them. This book pulls back the curtain on a system rigged against you.
Business owners facing financial difficulty, or anyone who wants to understand how the system really works

“I DIDN’T WRITE THESE BOOKS TO BECOME AN AUTHOR. I WROTE THEM BECAUSE I WAS ANGRY.”
THE

TOUGH TIMES TOOLKIT
How to Steady the Ship, Come Out Swinging, and Build Back Stronger When Business Gets Hard
Every business hits a wall. This is the step-by-step manual for stabilising in crisis, protecting what matters, and coming out the other side stronger. No motivational fluff — just the exact moves to make when everything's on fire.
Business owners going through a rough patch, facing cash flow issues, or preparing for economic uncertainty
WHY I WRITE THESE BOOKS
I didn’t write these books to become an author. I wrote them because I was angry.
Angry that banks can freeze your account with no warning and no explanation. Angry that the insolvency industry profits from your failure. Angry that viable businesses get declined for funding every single day while the banks sit on billions.
I’ve been on the receiving end of all of it. I’ve had accounts frozen. I’ve dealt with insolvency practitioners who billed £500 an hour to send emails. I’ve been declined by banks who were happy to take my money but wouldn’t lend me a penny when I needed it.
And when my business hit the wall in 2008, there was no manual. No one telling me what to do in the first 72 hours. No one showing me how to stabilise, renegotiate, and rebuild.
These books are the weapons I wish I’d had. They’re the knowledge that cost me millions to acquire — and I’m giving it to you for the price of a book. Because nobody should lose their business because they didn’t know the rules of a game that’s rigged against them.

WHAT READERS SAY
“Declined should be mandatory reading for every business owner before they even walk into a bank. It would have saved me two years of wasted time and rejected applications.”
“I had my accounts frozen with £340K inside. Frozen gave me the exact playbook to get my money back. I wish I'd read it before it happened.”
“Rigged opened my eyes to an industry I trusted blindly. When my business hit trouble, I knew exactly what to do — and what NOT to do. It saved my company.”
“We were 3 weeks from closing the doors. Tough Times Toolkit gave me the exact triage process to stabilise, renegotiate everything, and buy time. Six months later we're profitable again.”
