Cookie Policy

Cookies are small files saved on your device when you visit a website. Below are the ones matt-haycox.com uses. My Privacy Policy [link to /privacy-policy/] explains what I do with the data.
Strictly necessary. These keep the site working and secure: WordPress session cookies, security cookies, and the cookie that remembers your consent choice. They don’t need your consent.
Analytics, only with your consent. Google Analytics, set through Google Tag Manager and Site Kit (_ga, _ga_*). They show me which pages people visit and how they found the site, and last up to 2 years.
Marketing, only with your consent.
- HighLevel/LeadConnector tracking links your site visits to your enquiry or sign-up.
- The Meta Pixel and Google Ads tags measure my ads and show them to relevant people.
- SparkLoop tracks newsletter referrals.
- OptinMonster remembers whether you’ve seen or closed a sign-up pop-up.
Embedded content. YouTube and Instagram embeds can set their own cookies when you play or view them. I use YouTube’s privacy-enhanced mode where I can.
Changing your choice. Use the “Cookie settings” link in the site footer at any time, or block and delete cookies in your browser settings.
